Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure provides certain tetrazole derivatives that are inhibitors of transient receptor potential ankyrin 1 (TRPA1), and are therefore useful for the treatment of diseases treatable by inhibition of TRPA1. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions containing the same, and processes for preparing said compounds.
(FR) La présente invention concerne certains dérivés de tétrazole qui sont des inhibiteurs de l'ankyrine à potentiel récepteur transitoire 1 (TRPA1) et sont par conséquent utiles pour le traitement de maladies pouvant être traitées par inhibition de TRPA1. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant et des procédés de préparation desdits composés.
