Abstract
(EN) The power tools (10) include a motor (20), and a sensor assembly (100) configured to generate a differential voltage signal (102) that is indicative of a distance between an individual and a cutting tool (60) being less than a threshold distance. The sensor assembly also is configured to produce a sensor assembly output (104) that is based upon the differential voltage signal. The power tools further include an analysis circuit (300) configured to receive the sensor assembly output and to generate a trigger signal (302) responsive to the sensor assembly output being outside a nominal sensor assembly output range. The power tools also include a mechanical reaction mechanism (70) configured to insulate the individual from the cutting tool responsive to receipt of the trigger signal. Method for verifying operation of said sensor assembly.
(FR) Outils électriques (10) comprenant un moteur (20), et un ensemble capteur (100) conçu pour générer un signal de tension différentielle (102) indiquant qu'une distance entre un individu et un outil de coupe (60) est inférieure à une distance de seuil. L'ensemble capteur est également conçu pour produire une sortie d'ensemble capteur (104) qui est basée sur le signal de tension différentielle. Les outils électriques comprennent en outre un circuit d'analyse (300) conçu pour recevoir la sortie d'ensemble capteur et pour générer un signal de déclenchement (302) en réponse à la sortie d'ensemble capteur n'étant pas comprise dans une plage de sortie d'ensemble capteur nominale.
