Abstract
(EN) A polypropylene composition comprising (percentage by weight unless otherwise specified): (a) 65 to 85%, of a crystalline propylene polymer having an amount of isotactic pentads (mmmm), measured by 13C-MNR on the fraction insoluble in xylene at 25° C, higher than 97.0 molar% and a polydispersity index ranging from 3 to 15; (b) 5 to 25% of an elastomeric copolymer of ethylene and propylene, the copolymer having an amount of recurring units deriving from ethylene ranging from 30 to 70%, and being partially soluble in xylene at ambient temperature; the polymer fraction soluble in xylene at ambient temperature having an intrinsic viscosity value ranging from 2 to 8 dl/g; and (c) 5 to 25% of recycled polyethylene (r-PE) having a melt flow rate (190°C/2.16 Kg) from 0.1 to 10 g/10', the whole composition having a value of melt flow rate (ISO 1133 230°C/2.16 kg) ranging from 0.1 to 3.0 g/10 min; the percentages of (a), (b) and (c) being referred to the sum of (a), (b) and (c).
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de polypropylène comprenant (en pourcentage en poids sauf indication contraire) : a) de 65 à 85 % d'un polymère de propylène cristallin contenant une quantité de pentades isotactiques (mmmm), mesurée par RMN 13C sur la fraction insoluble dans le xylène à 25 °C, supérieure à 97,0 % en moles et présentant un indice de polydispersité de 3 à 15 ; b) de 5 à 25 % d'un copolymère élastomère d'éthylène et de propylène, le copolymère contenant une quantité de motifs de répétition dérivés d'éthylène s'inscrivant dans la plage allant de 30 à 70 % et étant partiellement soluble dans le xylène à température ambiante ; la fraction de polymère soluble dans le xylène à température ambiante présentant une valeur de viscosité intrinsèque s'inscrivant dans la plage allant de 2 à 8 dL/g ; et c) de 5 à 25 % d'un polyéthylène recyclé (r-PE) présentant un indice de fluidité en volume à l'état fondu (190 °C / 2,16 kg) de 0,1 à 10 g / 10 min ; la totalité de la composition présentant une valeur d'indice de fluidité en volume à l'état fondu (ISO 1133 à 230 °C / 2,16 kg) s'inscrivant dans la plage allant de 0,1 à 3,0 g / 10 min ; et le pourcentage de (a), (b) et (c) étant rapporté à la somme de (a), (b) et (c).
