Abstract
(EN) A plasma source apparatus is disclosed. The plasma source apparatus comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, a voltage source, and a flow channel. The voltage source is coupled to at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode and configured to generate a potential difference between the first electrode and the second electrode. The flow channel is configured to accommodate a flow of gas therethrough, wherein the first electrode is at least partially disposed within the flow channel and the second electrode at least partially surrounds said first electrode, and wherein said flow of gas passes between said first electrode and said second electrode. The first electrode has a pin-like shape defining a longitudinal axis and the second electrode defines a helical shape, wherein the first electrode is at least partially disposed within the helical shape.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de source de plasma. L'appareil de source de plasma comprend une première électrode, une seconde électrode, une source de tension et un canal d'écoulement. La source de tension est couplée à la première électrode et/ou à la seconde électrode et configurée pour générer une différence de potentiel entre la première électrode et la seconde électrode. Le canal d'écoulement est conçu pour recevoir un écoulement de gaz à travers celui-ci, la première électrode étant au moins partiellement disposée à l'intérieur du canal d'écoulement et la seconde électrode entourant au moins partiellement ladite première électrode, et ledit flux de gaz passant entre ladite première électrode et ladite seconde électrode. La première électrode a une forme de type broche définissant un axe longitudinal et la seconde électrode définit une forme hélicoïdale, la première électrode étant au moins partiellement disposée à l'intérieur de la forme hélicoïdale.
