Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Bereitstellen einer Batterie für ein elektrisch betreibbares Kraftfahrzeug, bei welchem eine Mehrzahl an Batteriezellen (14) zu einem Batterieblock (16) aneinander angeordnet werden, mehrere Matrizen (20) in wenigstens einem Element der Batterie eingebracht werden, und die Batteriezellen (14) mittels Durchsetzfügen über wenigstens ein weiteres Bauteil (10, 12) miteinander elektrisch verbunden werden, wobei mittels eines Werkzeugs (22) sämtliche an einer gleichen Seite des Batterieblocks (16) angeordnete Matrizen (20) gleichzeitig über das Durchsetzfügen mit dem wenigstens einen weiteren Bauteil (10, 12) verbunden werden.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for providing a battery for an electrically operable motor vehicle, in which method a plurality of battery cells (14) are arranged next to one another to form a battery block (16), a plurality of dies (20) are made in at least one element of the battery, and the battery cells (14) are electrically connected to one another by way of at least one further component (10, 12) by means of clinching, wherein all of the dies (20) arranged on the same side of the battery block (16) are simultaneously connected to the at least one further component (10, 12) by the clinching by means of a tool (22).
(FR) L’invention porte sur un procédé destiné à produire une batterie pour un véhicule à moteur à fonctionnement électrique, selon lequel une pluralité d’éléments de batteries (14) sont agencés les uns à côté des autres pour former un bloc-batterie (16), une pluralité de puces (20) sont réalisées dans au moins un élément de la batterie, et les éléments de batteries (14) sont connectés électriquement les uns aux autres au moyen d’au moins un autre composant (10, 12) par scellement. Toutes les puces (20) agencées sur le même côté du bloc-batterie (16) sont connectées simultanément à l’autre ou aux autres composants (10, 12) par le scellement au moyen d’un outil (22).
