Abstract
(EN) The present invention is related to an endoscopic system for phase imaging, comprising a multicore waveguide (080), an optical system comprising at least one first light source (002), for illuminating the sample to be examined, a first camera (010) that is provided at the proximal side of the multicore waveguide (080) to capture a bright field intensity image of the sample (090) to be examined, and a processing unit (200), wherein the processing unit (200) comprises a deep neural network, preferably of the Unet-type and generative adversarial network (GAN) type, that is trained so as to provide phase images. The present invention is related to a method using said endoscopic device.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système endoscopique d'imagerie de phase, comprenant un guide d'ondes multicœur (080), un système optique comprenant au moins une première source de lumière (002), pour éclairer l'échantillon à examiner, une première caméra (010) qui est disposée au niveau du côté proximal du guide d'ondes multicœur (080) pour capturer une image d'intensité de champ lumineux de l'échantillon (090) à examiner, et une unité de traitement (200), l'unité de traitement (200) comprenant un réseau neuronal profond, de préférence du type Unet et du type de réseau antagoniste génératif (GAN), qui est entraîné de manière à fournir des images de phase. La présente invention concerne un procédé utilisant ledit dispositif endoscopique.
