Abstract
(EN) An immunofluorescence kit for detecting E-Cadherin expression of peripheral blood circulating tumor cells of a patient with pancreatic cancer, which falls within the field of molecular biology technology. Also disclosed is a kit for detecting E-Cadherin expression of peripheral blood circulating tumor cells from a patient with pancreatic cancer and a detection method. A membrane filter device is used to separate and obtain CTCs from peripheral blood of a patient with advanced or recurrent pancreatic cancer from whom a tissue sample cannot be obtained, and immunofluorescence technology is further applied to detect the E‑Cadherin expression of the CTCs. The detection method can detect the E‑Cadherin expression condition of a patient with advanced or recurrent pancreatic cancer without using a needle biopsy to obtain a tissue sample. The sampling process is a minimally invasive technology, which can realize real-time detection, can avoid false positive results caused by edge effects possibly generated during the staining process, has a good stability, reduces cell loss, and improves the accuracy of detection.
(FR) L'invention divulgue un kit d'immunofluorescence permettant de détecter l'expression de E-cadhérine de cellules tumorales circulantes dans le sang périphérique d'un patient atteint d'un cancer du pancréas, qui se rapporte au domaine de la technologie de biologie moléculaire. L'invention divulgue également un kit de détection de l'expression de E-cadhérine de cellules tumorales circulantes dans le sang périphérique d'un patient atteint d'un cancer du pancréas et une méthode de détection. Un dispositif de filtre à membrane est utilisé pour séparer et obtenir des CTC à partir du sang périphérique d'un patient atteint d'un cancer du pancréas avancé ou récurrent à partir duquel un échantillon de tissu ne peut pas être obtenu, et une technologie d'immunofluorescence est en outre appliquée pour détecter l'expression de E-cadhérine des CTC. La méthode de détection peut détecter l'état d'expression de E-cadhérine d'un patient atteint d'un cancer du pancréas avancé ou récurrent sans utiliser de biopsie par aiguille pour obtenir un échantillon de tissu. Le processus d'échantillonnage est une technologie présentant un caractère invasif minime, qui permet de réaliser une détection en temps réel, permet d'éviter de faux résultats positifs provoqués par des effets périphériques éventuellement générés pendant le processus de coloration, présente une bonne stabilité, réduit la perte de cellule, et améliore la précision de détection.
(ZH) 一种检测胰腺癌患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞E‑Cadherin表达的免疫荧光试剂盒,属于分子生物学技术领域。一种检测胰腺癌患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞E‑Cadherin表达的免疫荧光试剂盒及检测方法,利用膜过滤装置分离获得无法获取组织标本的晚期或复发胰腺癌患者外周血中的CTC,进一步运用免疫荧光技术检测CTC的E‑Cadherin表达情况。检测方法不用穿刺活检获取组织标本即可检测到晚期或复发胰腺癌患者E‑Cadherin表达情况。取样过程属于微创,并能够实时检测;能够避免染色过程中可能产生的边缘效应导致的假阳性结果,稳定性好,降低细胞的损失,提高检测的准确性。
