Abstract
(EN) A short peptide and the use thereof as a carrier of a hydrophobic drug. The amino acid sequence of the short peptide involved is composed of 2-10 glutamines and 0-5 amino acids X, wherein X can be tyrosine, threonine, glycine, asparagine, serine, alanine, valine, phenylalanine, leucine, isoleucine or tryptophan. The short-chain polypeptide can load a plurality of hydrophobic drugs by means of a molecular self-assembly mechanism to form nanospheres with uniform particle sizes, so that the drugs are effectively transferred into cells or tissues to exert the effect of the drug, and the short-chain polypeptide is safe, free of obvious cytotoxicity and simple in preparation process, and is a hydrophobic drug carrier with great development prospects.
(FR) L’invention concerne un peptide court et son utilisation comme véhicule d’un médicament hydrophobe. La séquence d’acides aminés du peptide court impliqué est composée de 2 à 10 glutamines et de 0 à 5 acides aminés X, X pouvant être la tyrosine, la thréonine, la glycine, l’asparagine, la sérine, l’alanine, la valine, la phénylalanine, la leucine, l’isoleucine ou le tryptophane. Le polypeptide à courte chaîne peut charger une pluralité de médicaments hydrophobes au moyen d’un mécanisme d’autoassemblage moléculaire pour former des nanosphères ayant une granulométrie uniforme, de sorte que les médicaments sont efficacement transférés dans des cellules ou des tissus pour exercer l’effet du médicament, et le polypeptide à courte chaîne est sûr, exempt de cytotoxicité évidente et simple à préparer et est un véhicule pour médicament hydrophobe présentant de grandes perspectives de développement.
(ZH) 一种短肽及其作为疏水药物的载体的应用,所涉及的短肽氨基酸序列为由2~10个谷氨酰胺以及0~5个氨基酸X组成,其中X可以为酪氨酸、苏氨酸、甘氨酸、天冬酰胺、丝氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸或色氨酸。所述短肽能够通过分子自组装的机制装载多种疏水药物,形成粒径均匀的纳米球,从而将药物有效地转运进入细胞或组织发挥其药效,安全无明显细胞毒性,制剂工艺简单,是一种极具开发前景的疏水药物的载体。
