Abstract
(EN) A sealing method for a shield tail (20) sealing system for a shield tunneling machine (50). The method comprises: step S30: applying grease to sealing brushes (10) of the shield tail (20) sealing system; step S40: making shield tail gaps (1) between the inner wall of the shield tail (20) and the outer walls of segments (30) be kept within a first preset range; and step S50, forming a sealing cavity (2) by each portion enclosed by each sealing brush (10), the inner wall of the shield tail (20) and the outer wall of each segment (30), and injecting the grease into each sealing cavity (2) to make the pressure in the sealing cavity (2) reach a preset sealing pressure value.
(FR) Procédé d'étanchéité pour un système d'étanchéité d'une jupe de bouclier (20) pour un tunnelier à bouclier (50). Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : étape S30 : application de graisse sur des brosses d'étanchéité (10) du système d'étanchéité de la jupe de bouclier (20) ; étape S40 : maintien d'espaces de jupe de bouclier (1) entre la paroi interne de la jupe de bouclier (20) et les parois externes de segments (30) à l'intérieur d'une première plage prédéfinie ; et étape S50 : formation d'une cavité d'étanchéité (2) par chaque partie entourée par chaque brosse d'étanchéité (10), la paroi interne de la jupe de bouclier (20) et la paroi externe de chaque segment (30), et injection de la graisse dans chaque cavité d'étanchéité (2) pour amener la pression dans la cavité d'étanchéité (2) à atteindre une valeur de pression d'étanchéité prédéfinie.
