Abstract
(EN) A material inventory method and apparatus, and a warehousing robot and a warehousing system. The material inventory method is applied to the warehousing robot. The method comprises: collecting an inventory image of a target container by means of the warehousing robot (S201); and determining the inventory quantity of the materials in the target container according to the inventory image (S202). The inventory image of the target container is collected by means of the warehousing robot, the quantity of the materials of the target container is determined by means of image recognition of the inventory image, in-situ and automatic inventory of the materials is achieved, cross-region movement of the container does not need to be conducted, the material inventory efficiency is greatly improved, and the inventory cost is reduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil d'inventaire de matériaux, ainsi qu'un robot d'entreposage et un système d'entreposage. Le procédé d'inventaire de matériaux est appliqué au robot d'entreposage. Le procédé comprend : la collecte d'une image de stock d'un récipient cible au moyen du robot d'entreposage (S201) ; et la détermination de la quantité de stock des matériaux dans le récipient cible selon l'image de stock (S202). L'image de stock du récipient cible est collectée au moyen du robot d'entreposage, la quantité des matériaux du récipient cible est déterminée au moyen d'une reconnaissance d'image de l'image de stock, l'inventaire in-situ et automatique des matériaux est obtenu, un mouvement inter-région du récipient n'est pas nécessaire, l'efficacité d'inventaire de matériaux est considérablement améliorée, et le coût d'inventaire est réduit.
(ZH) 一种物料盘点方法、装置、仓储机器人和仓储系统,该物料盘点方法应用于仓储机器人,该方法包括:经由所述仓储机器人采集目标货箱的盘点图像(S201);根据所述盘点图像确定所述目标货箱内的物料的盘点数量(S202)。该通过仓储机器人进行目标货箱的盘点图像的采集,并通过对该盘点图像的图像识别确定目标货箱的物料的数量,实现了物料的原地、自动盘点,无需进行货箱的跨区域移动,大大提高了物料盘点的效率,降低了盘点的成本。
