Abstract
(EN) A device and method for electric field orientation of glass flakes. The device mainly comprises two square stainless steel sheets as electrodes, wherein the steel sheets are vertically inserted into a wood block provided with transverse grooves and are made to be parallel to each other, and respectively use wires to connect to two output ends of a high-voltage inverter. The high-voltage inverter can increase an input voltage by 2400 times, and an input end of the high-voltage inverter is connected to an adjustable direct-current power supply. The method mainly comprises preparing a suspension from glass flakes and a gelatin solution according to a certain ratio, and placing the suspension between strong electric fields to control the orientation thereof by means of the electric fields.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé d'orientation de champ électrique de paillettes de verre. Le dispositif comprend principalement deux feuilles d'acier inoxydable carrées en tant qu'électrodes, les feuilles d'acier étant insérées verticalement dans un bloc de bois comportant des rainures transversales et étant conçues pour être parallèles les unes aux autres, et utilisant respectivement des fils pour se connecter à deux extrémités de sortie d'un onduleur haute tension. L'onduleur haute tension peut augmenter une tension d'entrée de 2400 fois, et une extrémité d'entrée de l'onduleur haute tension est connectée à une alimentation électrique à courant continu réglable. Le procédé comprend principalement la préparation d'une suspension à partir de paillettes de verre et d'une solution de gélatine selon un certain rapport, et le placement de la suspension entre des champs électriques forts pour commander leur orientation au moyen des champs électriques.
(ZH) 一种电场取向玻璃鳞片的装置和方法,该装置主要包括两块不锈钢方形薄板作为电极,所述钢板竖直插在开有横槽的木块上并使之平行,并分别用到导线连接在高压逆变器的俩输出端,所述高压逆变器可将输入电压升至2400倍,其输入端连接在可调直流电源上。该方法主要包括将玻璃鳞片和明胶溶液按照一定比例配置悬浊液并置于强电场之间,利用电场控制其取向性。
