Abstract
(EN) Disclosed are a positioning device (2) and a delivery device comprising the positioning device (2). The positioning device (2) comprises a main body (203), wherein the main body (203) is provided with an inner cavity (204) penetrating therethrough in the axial direction, and the outer surface of the main body (203) is further provided with at least one stop block (202). The arrangement of at least one stop block (202) on the periphery of the main body (203) increases the contact area between a stent (3) and an inner tube (1) so as to enable the stent (3) to be connected to the inner tube (1) as a whole by means of the positioning device (2) as much as possible, thereby effectively increasing the contact area between the stent (3) and the inner tube (1) on the premise of not increasing the outer diameter of the stent (3). The arrangement of at least one bulge (201) on the stop block (202) increases the friction between the stent (3) and the inner tube (1) so as to, especially in the case of a blood vessel path being circuitous, further improve the synchronous rotation of the proximal end of the stent (3) when the distal end of the stent (3) rotates with a handle and thus improve the follow-up rotation of the stent (3), thereby improving the positioning accuracy of the stent (3) and effectively reducing the operation time.
(FR) Sont divulgués un dispositif de positionnement (2) et un dispositif de distribution comprenant le dispositif de positionnement (2). Le dispositif de positionnement (2) comprend un corps principal (203), le corps principal (203) étant doté d'une cavité interne (204) pénétrant ce dernier en direction axiale, et la surface externe du corps principal (203) étant en outre dotée d'au moins un bloc d'arrêt (202). L'agencement d'au moins un bloc d'arrêt (202) sur la périphérie du corps principal (203) augmente la zone de contact entre un stent (3) et un tube interne (1) afin de permettre la meilleure liaison possible du stent (3) au tube interne (1) en un tout au moyen du dispositif de positionnement (2), ce qui permet d'augmenter efficacement la zone de contact entre le stent (3) et le tube interne (1) dans l’optique de ne pas augmenter le diamètre externe du stent (3). L'agencement d'au moins un renflement (201) sur le bloc d'arrêt (202) augmente le frottement entre le stent (3) et le tube interne (1) afin, notamment dans le cas d'un trajet de vaisseau sanguin indirect, d’améliorer davantage la rotation synchrone de l'extrémité proximale du stent (3) lorsque l'extrémité distale du stent (3) tourne à l’aide d’une poignée et améliore ainsi la rotation complémentaire du stent (3), ce qui permet d'améliorer la précision de positionnement du stent (3) et de réduire efficacement le temps d’intervention.
