Abstract
(EN) A battery pack structure, relating to the technical field of battery packs. The battery pack structure comprises a housing (1), and a battery cell (2) and a circuit board (3) provided inside the housing (1). The battery pack structure further comprises a supporting framework (8), the supporting framework (8) being used for mounting and positioning the battery cell (2) and the circuit board (3), the supporting framework (8) being provided with a first clamping hole (22) and a second clamping hole (23) respectively corresponding to the positive and negative electrodes of the battery cell (2); a first electrical connector (4) arranged at the first clamping hole (22), and connecting one end of the positive and negative electrodes of the battery cell (2) to the circuit board (3); a second electrical connector (5) arranged at the second clamping hole (23), and connecting the other end of the positive and negative electrodes of the battery cell (2) to the circuit board (3); and a third electrical connector (6) provided at one end of the circuit board (3), the third electrical connector (6) being configured to be electrically connected to an electric device. By adopting a compact structural design, the present invention greatly reduces the volume of the entire battery pack, and allows for a wider range of applications of the battery pack.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de bloc-batterie se rapportant au domaine technique des blocs-batteries. La structure de bloc-batterie comprend un boîtier (1), et une cellule de batterie (2) et une carte de circuit imprimé (3) disposées à l'intérieur du boîtier (1). La structure de bloc-batterie comprend en outre un cadre de support (8), le cadre de support (8) étant utilisé pour le montage et le positionnement de la cellule de batterie (2) et de la carte de circuit imprimé (3), le cadre de support (8) étant pourvu d'un premier trou de serrage (22) et d'un second trou de serrage (23) correspondant respectivement aux électrodes positive et négative de la cellule de batterie (2) ; un premier connecteur électrique (4) disposé au niveau du premier trou de serrage (22), et connectant une extrémité des électrodes positive et négative de la cellule de batterie (2) à la carte de circuit imprimé (3) ; un deuxième connecteur électrique (5) disposé au niveau du second trou de serrage (23), et connectant l'autre extrémité des électrodes positive et négative de la cellule de batterie (2) à la carte de circuit imprimé (3) ; et un troisième connecteur électrique (6) disposé à une extrémité de la carte de circuit imprimé (3), le troisième connecteur électrique (6) étant configuré pour être connecté électriquement à un dispositif électrique. En adoptant une conception structurale compacte, la présente invention réduit considérablement le volume de l'ensemble du bloc-batterie, et permet une plus large plage d'applications du bloc-batterie.
