Abstract
(EN) An automobile transmission shaft straightening machine having an automatic welding function, comprising a rack (1), a workbench (2), a main shaft head A (3), a main shaft head B (4) and a detection mechanism (5) for monitoring the circle run-out of a transmission shaft; a welding mechanism (6) is provided above the workbench (2), and the rack (1) is provided with a drive mechanism (7) capable of adjusting the spatial position of the welding mechanism (6); and under the action of the drive mechanism (7), the welding mechanism (6) welds a part to be welded of the automobile transmission shaft. The straightening machine has the functions of straightening and welding, so that two processes can be completed on one device, increasing the working efficiency.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une machine de redressage d'arbre de transmission d'automobile ayant une fonction de soudage automatique, comprenant une crémaillère (1), un établi (2), une tête d'arbre principal A (3), une tête d'arbre principal B (4) et un mécanisme de détection (5) pour surveiller le défaut de circularité d'un arbre de transmission ; un mécanisme de soudage (6) est disposé au-dessus de l'établi (2), et la crémaillère (1) est pourvue d'un mécanisme d'entraînement (7) pouvant régler la position spatiale du mécanisme de soudage (6) ; et sous l'action du mécanisme d'entraînement (7), le mécanisme de soudage (6) soude une pièce à souder de l'arbre de transmission d'automobile. La machine de redressage a pour fonctions le redressement et le soudage, de telle sorte que deux processus peuvent être exécutés sur un seul dispositif, ce qui augmente l'efficacité de travail.
(ZH) 一种带自动焊接的汽车传动轴校直机,包括有机架(1)、工作台(2)、主轴头A(3)、主轴头B(4)以及用于监测传动轴圆周跳动的检测机构(5),工作台(2)的上方设置有焊接机构(6),机架(1)上设置有可对焊接机构(6)的空间位置进行调整的驱动机构(7);在驱动机构(7)的作用下,焊接机构(6)对汽车传动轴待焊部位进行焊接。该校直机兼具有校直与焊接的功能,使得在一台装置上即可完成两道工序,以提高工作效率。
