Abstract
(EN) A recycling process for a polyamide waste material, comprising the following steps: adding a polyamide waste material into a mixed solvent, heating same to a temperature of 50° C to a reflux temperature of the solution and stirring same until dissolution, then performing decolourization treatment and filtering to obtain a polyamide solution; then adding the polyamide solution into water, precipitating polyamide as a solid in deionized water, and separating same, so as to obtain recycled polyamide. The mixed solvent comprises, in parts by weight, 10-30 parts of phenol and 15-40 parts of toluene. A phenol/toluene-based solvent system has the following advantages: 1. the solvent phenol can "secondarily" cap polyamide, improve the end-capping rate, and improve the hydrolysis resistance, alcoholysis resistance and aging resistance; 2. it ensures that polyamide can be sufficiently precipitated when the polyamide solution is added to deionized water, and the obtained polyamide has good crystalline properties; and 3. the phenol/toluene solvent system has low volatility and irritation, has less damage to devices under high temperature conditions, and is environmentally friendly and free of contamination.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de recyclage d’un déchet de polyamide, comprenant les étapes suivantes : introduction d’un déchet de polyamide dans un solvant mixte, chauffage de ce dernier à une température de 50° C jusqu’à une température de reflux de la solution et son agitation jusqu’à dissolution, puis mise en œuvre d’un traitement de décoloration et de filtration pour obtenir une solution de polyamide ; puis introduction de la solution de polyamide dans de l’eau, précipitation du polyamide sous forme d’un solide dans de l’eau désionisée et sa séparation de façon à obtenir un polyamide recyclé. Le solvant mixte comprend, en parties en poids, 10 à 30 parties de phénol et 15 à 40 parties de toluène. Un système solvant à base de phénol/toluène présente les avantages suivants : 1. le solvant phénol peut « secondairement » coiffer le polyamide, améliorer le taux de coiffage en bout et améliorer la résistance à l’hydrolyse, la résistance à l’alcoolyse et la résistance au vieillissement ; 2. il garantit que le polyamide peut suffisamment précipiter lorsque la solution de polyamide est introduite dans de l’eau désionisée, et le polyamide obtenu a de bonnes propriétés cristallines ; et 3. le système solvant phénol/toluène a une faible volatilité et une faible irritation, endommage moins les dispositifs dans des conditions de haute température et est respectueux de l’environnement et exempt de contamination.
(ZH) 一种聚酰胺废料的回收工艺,包括以下步骤:将聚酰胺废料加入复配溶剂中,加热至50℃-溶液回流的温度并搅拌至溶解,再进行脱色处理,过滤,得到聚酰胺溶液;再将聚酰胺溶液加入水中,聚酰胺在去离子水中沉淀析出为固体,分离后得到回收聚酰胺;所述的复配溶剂,按重量份计,包括10-30份苯酚、15-40份甲苯。通过以苯酚/甲苯为主的溶剂体系,具有如下优点:1.溶剂苯酚能够对聚酰胺进行"二次"封端,提升封端率,提升耐水解、耐醇解和耐老化性能;2.保证聚酰胺溶液在加入去离子水中聚酰胺能够充分析出,并且得到的聚酰胺结晶性能好;3.苯酚/甲苯溶剂体系挥发性和刺激性小,高温条件下对设备损伤较小,绿色环保无污染。
