Abstract
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention are a polycarbonate composition, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The polycarbonate composition comprises components of: 65-94 parts of polycarbonate; and 1-10 parts of a high surface energy auxiliary agent. In the present invention, the research accidentally finds that when the acid value in the polycarbonate composition is controlled within a range of 0.18-0.9%, the binding force between the polycarbonate composition and a metal interface can be obviously improved, a good heat-resisting effect is achieved, application of metal and polycarbonate composite products is further widened, and the polycarbonate composition is particularly suitable for mobile phone and television materials.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de polycarbonate et un procédé de préparation s'y rapportant et son application. La composition de polycarbonate comprend les composants suivants : 65 à 94 parties de polycarbonate ; et 1 à 10 parties d'un agent auxiliaire à haute énergie de surface. Selon la présente invention, la recherche a trouvé fortuitement que, lorsque l'indice d'acide de la composition de polycarbonate est réglé dans une plage de 0,18 à 0,9 %, la force de liaison entre la composition de polycarbonate et une interface métallique peut être manifestement améliorée, un bon effet de résistance à la chaleur est obtenu, l'application de produits composites de métal et de polycarbonate est encore élargie et la composition de polycarbonate est particulièrement appropriée pour des matériaux de téléphone mobile et de télévision.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种聚碳酸酯组合物及其制备方法和应用,包括组分:聚碳酸酯62份~94份;高表面能助剂1份~10份。本发明经研究意外的发现,将聚碳酸酯组合物的酸值控制在0.18%~0.9%范围内,可以明显提高聚碳酸酯组合物与金属界面的粘结力,且具有较好的耐热效果,进一步拓宽了金属与聚碳酸酯复合产品的应用,特别适用于手机和电视机材料。
