Abstract
(EN) A quantum layer (10), a display screen (100), a backlight module (200) and a display. The quantum layer (10) comprises a plurality of quantum units (11) arranged in a matrix. Each quantum unit (11) comprises a first quantum dot (111) and a second quantum dot (112) arranged adjacently along a row direction or a column direction. Light emitted by the first quantum dots (111) and the second quantum dots (112) when excited has color inconsistencies.
(FR) L'invention concerne une couche quantique (10), un écran d'affichage (100), un module de rétroéclairage (200) et un dispositif d'affichage. La couche quantique (10) comprend une pluralité d'unités quantiques (11) agencées en une matrice. Chaque unité quantique (11) comprend une première boîte quantique (111) et une seconde boîte quantique (112) disposées de manière adjacente le long d'une direction de rangée ou d'une direction de colonne. La lumière émise par les premières boîtes quantiques (111) et les secondes boîtes quantiques (112) lorsqu'elles sont excitées présente des différences de couleur.
