Abstract
(EN) The present application pertains to the technical field of biological detection, and discloses an optical biosensor and a COVID-19 virus detection device. The optical biosensor provided by the present application comprises a single crystal silicon substrate and a nanoporous silicon thin film optical device provided on the single crystal silicon substrate. The nanoporous silicon thin film optical device comprises a porous silicon single-layer interference film, and a porous silicon Bragg reflector or a porous silicon micro-resonant cavity. A composite metal thin film is deposited and a biological probe is coated on the surface of the nanoporous silicon thin film optical device in sequence. The present application significantly improves the detection sensitivity of the optical biosensor by designing the structure of the nanoporous silicon thin film optical device and depositing the composite metal thin film on the surface of the nanoporous silicon thin film optical device, and is applicable to the detection of pathogens such as a COVID-19 virus.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique de la détection biologique et porte sur un biocapteur optique et sur un dispositif de détection de virus COVID-19. Le biocapteur optique proposé par la présente invention comprend un substrat de silicium monocristallin et un dispositif optique à film mince de silicium nanoporeux disposé sur le substrat de silicium monocristallin.
