Abstract
(EN) Provided are an anti-floating fiber agent and a preparation method therefor, the anti-floating fiber agent being PB-1-g-MAH. Also provided are an anti-floating fiber polypropylene reinforced composite material and a preparation method therefor. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-90 parts of polypropylene, 20-50 parts of glass fibers, 5-15 parts of the anti-floating fiber agent and 0.2-0.6 parts of an antioxidant, the polypropylene including polypropylene A, the melt flow rate of polypropylene A at 230°C and 2.16kg being 1000-1500g / 10 minutes. The use of polypropylene A and the anti-floating fiber agent allows for better glass fiber wrapping and infiltration, to achieve a good anti-floating fiber appearance effect.
(FR) L'invention concerne un agent de fibre anti-flottaison et son procédé de préparation, l'agent de fibre anti-flottaison étant PB-1-g-MAH. L'invention concerne également un matériau composite renforcé de polypropylène à fibre anti-flottaison et son procédé de préparation. Le matériau comprend les constituants suivants, en parties en poids : 35 à 90 parties de polypropylène, 20 à 50 parties de fibres de verre, 5 à 15 parties de l'agent de fibre anti-flottaison et 0,2 à 0,6 partie d'un antioxydant, le polypropylène comprenant du polypropylène A, l'indice de fluidité du polypropylène A à 230 °C et 2,16 kg étant de 1000-1500 g/10 minutes. L'utilisation de polypropylène A et de l'agent de fibre anti-flottaison permet un enveloppement et une infiltration de fibre de verre meilleurs, afin d'obtenir un bon effet d'aspect de fibre anti-flottaison.
(ZH) 一种抗浮纤剂及其制备方法,所述抗浮纤剂为PB-1-g-MAH;一种抗浮纤聚丙烯增强复合材料及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的成分:聚丙烯35~90份、玻璃纤维20~50份、抗浮纤剂5~15份和抗氧剂0.2~0.6份,所述聚丙烯中包含有聚丙烯A,所述聚丙烯A在230℃、2.16kg下的熔体流动速率为1000~1500g/10min。通过使用聚丙烯A及抗浮纤剂,能更好的包裹、浸润玻纤,使得外观抗浮纤效果好。
