Abstract
(EN) A compatibilizer and a preparation method therefor, and a glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material using the compatibilizer and a preparation method therefor. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-90 parts of polypropylene, 20-50 parts of glass fibers, 5-15 parts of the compatibilizer and 0.2-0.6 parts of an antioxidant, the polypropylene including polypropylene A, the melt flow rate of polypropylene A at 230°C and 2.16kg being 800-1800g / 10 minutes. The use of polypropylene A and the specific compatibilizer allows for better glass fiber wrapping and infiltration, to achieve a good anti-floating fiber appearance effect.
(FR) L'invention concerne un agent de compatibilité et son procédé de préparation, et un matériau composite de polypropylène renforcé par des fibres de verre utilisant l'agent de compatibilité et son procédé de préparation. Le matériau comprend les constituants suivants, en parties en poids : 35 à 90 parties de polypropylène, 20 à 50 parties de fibres de verre, 5 à 15 parties de l'agent de compatibilité et 0,2 à 0,6 partie d'un antioxydant, le polypropylène comprenant du polypropylène A, l'indice de fluidité du polypropylène A à 230 °C et 2,16 kg étant de 800 à 1800 g/10 minutes. L'utilisation de polypropylène A et de l'agent de compatibilité spécifique permet un enveloppement et une infiltration de fibre de verre meilleurs, pour obtenir un bon effet d'aspect de fibre anti-flottaison.
(ZH) 一种相容剂,其制备方法以及使用该相容剂的玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料及其制备,包括如下重量份的成分:聚丙烯35~90份、玻璃纤维20~50份、相容剂5~15份和抗氧剂0.2~0.6份,所述聚丙烯中包含有聚丙烯A,所述聚丙烯A在230℃、2.16kg下的熔体流动速率为800~1800g/10min。通过使用聚丙烯A和特定的相容剂,能更好的包裹、浸润玻纤,使得外观抗浮纤效果好。
