Abstract
(EN) A starter integrated with an oil pump (4) and a control method therefor. The starter comprises a starter body (1). One end of an armature shaft (34) of the starter body (1) is connected, by means of a clutch assembly, to a flywheel ring gear (17) of an internal combustion engine, and the other end of the armature shaft (34) of the starter body (1) is connected to the oil pump (4). An oil intake pipe (12) of the oil pump (4) is connected to a sump, and an oil discharge pipe (6) of the oil pump (4) is in communication with a lubrication system. A bypass pipe (7) is provided between the oil intake pipe (12) and the oil discharge pipe (6). A solenoid valve (11) is provided on the bypass pipe (7). The starter further comprises a control system. By means of integrating the oil pump (4) with the starter, the number of components and the costs are reduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne un démarreur intégré à une pompe à huile (4) et son procédé de commande. Le démarreur comprend un corps de démarreur (1). Une extrémité d'un arbre d'induit (34) du corps de démarreur (1) est reliée, au moyen d'un ensemble embrayage, à une couronne de volant (17) d'un moteur à combustion interne, et l'autre extrémité de l'arbre d'induit (34) du corps de démarreur (1) est reliée à la pompe à huile (4). Un tuyau d'admission d'huile (12) de la pompe à huile (4) est relié à un puisard, et un tuyau d'évacuation d'huile (6) de la pompe à huile (4) est en communication avec un système de lubrification.
