Abstract
(EN) A high-power optical fiber coupler and a manufacturing method. The high-power optical fiber coupler comprises a lens (1), a lens sleeve (2), a coupling transition base (4), a ferrule (3), and a coated optical fiber (5); the lens (1) is fixedly connected to one end of the lens sleeve (2); the other end of the lens sleeve (2) is movably sleeved on one end of the coupling transition base (4); the other end of the coupling transition base (4) is sleeved and connected to the ferrule (3); and the middle of the ferrule (3) is provided with the coated optical fiber (5) in a penetrating manner. The coated optical fiber (5) is exposed to the outside after being assembled with the ferrule (3), facilitating the cleaning of the coated optical fiber (5), and the distance between the lens (1) and the coated optical fiber (5) is adjustable, so that the focal point of the lens (1) is precisely coincident with an end surface of the coated optical fiber (5).
(FR) L'invention concerne un coupleur de fibre optique de haute puissance et un procédé de fabrication. Le coupleur de fibres optiques de haute puissance comprend une lentille (1), un manchon de lentille (2), une base de transition de couplage (4), une ferrule (3), et une fibre optique revêtue (5) ; la lentille (1) est reliée de manière fixe à une extrémité du manchon de lentille (2) ; l'autre extrémité du manchon de lentille (2) est emmanchée avec mobilité sur une extrémité de la base de transition de couplage (4) ; l'autre extrémité de la base de transition de couplage (4) est emmanchée et reliée à la ferrule (3) ; et le milieu de la ferrule (3) est pourvue de la fibre optique revêtue (5) d'une manière pénétrante.
