Abstract
(EN) A diaphragm and a sound generation apparatus using same. The diaphragm comprises a diaphragm body part and a composite layer bonded to the central position of the diaphragm body part, wherein the composite layer comprises a porous material layer, and a first metal layer and a second metal layer respectively provided on either side of the porous material layer. Compared with related art, the composite layer of the diaphragm uses a structure made up of a porous material layer and metal layers, such that the mass of the diaphragm can be reduced while ensuring vibration rigidity, thus improving the modulus-to-density ratio of the diaphragm; in addition, a porously structured material can increase the damping of the diaphragm, absorbs the energy of vibration under a specific resonant frequency, effectively improves high-frequency split vibration, reduces distortion, and improves high pitch quality.
(FR) Membrane et appareil de génération de son l'utilisant. La membrane comprend une partie corps de membrane et une couche composite liée à la position centrale de la partie corps de membrane, la couche composite comprenant une couche de matériau poreux, et une première couche métallique et une seconde couche métallique disposées respectivement de chaque côté de la couche de matériau poreux. Par comparaison avec l'état de la technique associé, la couche composite de la membrane utilise une structure constituée d'une couche de matériau poreux et de couches métalliques, de sorte que la masse de la membrane puisse être réduite tout en assurant une rigidité de vibration, améliorant ainsi le rapport module-densité de la membrane ; en outre, un matériau à structure poreuse peut augmenter l'amortissement de la membrane, absorbe l'énergie de vibration sous une fréquence de résonance spécifique, améliore efficacement la vibration à coupures à haute fréquence, réduit la distorsion et améliore la qualité de pas élevé.
(ZH) 一种振膜和应用该振膜的发声装置,所述振膜包括振膜本体部和结合于所述振膜本体部中心位置上的复合层,其特征在于,所述复合层包括多孔材料层和分别设置于所述多孔材料层两侧的第一金属层和第二金属层。与相关技术相比,振膜的复合层采用多孔材料层和金属层复合的结构,可以在保证振动刚性的同时减小振膜的质量,提高振膜的模量密度比,同时多孔结构材料可以增大振膜的阻尼,吸收特定谐振频率下的振动的能量,有效改善高频分割振动,减小失真,提升高音音质。
