(EN) An injection mold capable of quickly dissipating heat, the injection mold comprising a lower mold and an upper mold. A fan is fixedly mounted at a middle end of the right side of the lower mold, an output end of the fan is connected to a ventilation pipeline, the ventilation pipeline is positioned in an inner cavity of the lower mold, two ends of the top of the lower mold are fixedly connected to supports, a middle end of an inner cavity of each support is fixedly connected to a fixing column, two ends of the fixing column are movably connected to movable rods, the tops of the movable rods are fixedly connected to limiting blocks, inner sides of the limiting blocks are fixedly connected to a spring, and a pump is fixedly mounted at the top of the upper mold. When the lower mold and the upper mold are combined for injection molding work, within a period of time before a finished product is taken out after the work is finished, a worker injects a cooling liquid into a groove through a water injection port, the pump is started to work by means of an external controller, and by means of the pump, the cooling liquid is conveyed into a return pipe from the groove through a hose and a water pipe, such that the effect of quick heat dissipation is achieved.

Un ventilateur est monté à demeure au niveau d'une extrémité centrale du côté droit du moule inférieur, une extrémité de sortie du ventilateur est raccordée à une conduite de ventilation, la conduite de ventilation est positionnée dans une cavité interne du moule inférieur, deux extrémités de la partie supérieure du moule inférieur sont raccordées à demeure à des supports, une extrémité centrale d'une cavité interne de chaque support est raccordée à demeure à une colonne de fixation, deux extrémités de la colonne de fixation sont raccordées de façon mobile à des tiges mobiles, les sommets des tiges mobiles sont raccordés à demeure à des blocs de limitation, des côtés internes des blocs de limitation sont raccordés à demeure à un ressort, et une pompe est montée à demeure à la partie supérieure du moule supérieur. Lorsque le moule inférieur et le moule supérieur sont combinés pour un travail de moulage par injection, dans une période de temps avant que le produit fini ne soit retiré après que le travail a été terminé, un ouvrier injecte un liquide de refroidissement dans une rainure à travers un orifice d'injection d'eau, le fonctionnement de la pompe est démarré au moyen d'un dispositif de commande externe, et au moyen de la pompe, le liquide de refroidissement est transporté dans un tuyau de retour à partir de la rainure à travers un tuyau et un tuyau d'eau, de telle sorte que l'effet de dissipation de chaleur rapide est obtenu.
