Abstract
(EN) A bio-based self-thickening resin, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The bio-based self-thickening resin is mainly prepared from a polyol, oleic acid, castor oil, a diisocyanate, an oligomer polyol and a chain extender. The bio-based self-thickening resin has a relatively high viscosity, and the viscosity is adjustable. The bio-based self-thickening resin is on the basis of a plant seed as a raw material, has a content of bio-based components of 20% or more, has bio-based properties and excellent comprehensive performance, and can pass through international bio-based authentication. An aqueous coating prepared by using the bio-based self-thickening resin has excellent self-thickening performance and strong stability, and the coating film thereof has good blocking resistance and water resistance, and is particularly suitable for woodware.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une résine auto-épaississante à base biologique, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation. La résine auto-épaississante à base biologique étant principalement préparée à partir d’un polyol, d’acide oléique, d’huile de ricin, d’un diisocyanate, d’un polyol oligomère et d’un extenseur de chaîne. La résine auto-épaississante à base biologique présente une viscosité relativement élevée, et sa viscosité est ajustable. La résine auto-épaississante à base biologique est sur la base d’une graine de plante en tant que matière première, présente une teneur des constituants à base biologique égale ou supérieure à 20 %, présente des propriétés à base biologique et d’excellentes performances globales, et peut obtenir l’authentification biologique internationale. Un revêtement aqueux préparé à l'aide de la résine auto-épaississante à base biologique présente d’excellentes performances d’auto-épaississement et une forte stabilité, et son film de revêtement présente de bonnes résistance au blocage et résistance à l’eau, et convient particulièrement aux articles en bois.
(ZH) 一种生物基自增稠树脂及其制备方法和应用。所述生物基自增稠树脂主要由多元醇、油酸、蓖麻油、二异氰酸酯、低聚物多元醇和扩链剂制得,所述生物基自增稠树脂具有较高的粘度,且具有粘度可调节性;所述生物基自增稠树脂基于植物种子为原材料,生物基组分含量达到20%以上,具备生物基的特性,综合性能优异,能够通过国际生物基认证。利用所述生物基自增稠树脂制备的水性涂料,自增稠性能优异,且稳定性强,其涂膜具备良好的抗粘连性及耐水性,尤其适合于木器。
