Abstract
(EN) Provided is an application of peanut flowering habit gene AhFH1 and an allelic variation thereof in the improvement of peanut flowering habit-related traits. The nucleotide sequence of the gene AhFH1 is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, the nucleotide sequence of a dysfunctional allelic variation gene Ahfh1-1 is as shown SEQ ID NO: 8, and the nucleotide sequence of a dysfunctional allelic variation gene Ahfh1-2 is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 11. Also provided are a cloning primer of gene AhFH1, a functional molecular marker InDel-1492bp that distinguishes full functional type AhFH1 from dysfunctional Ahfh1-1 of the peanut flowering habit gene, and construction methods for and applications of an overexpression transgenic vector containing gene AhFH1, a complementary expression transgenic vector containing gene AhFH1, and a gene editing vector containing gene AhFH1.
