Abstract
(EN) A display module (100) and an electronic device (200). The display module (100) comprises a display area (101), a signal detection module (30), and a texture recognition module (40). The display area (101) comprises multiple pixel units (10) and multiple light-emitting subunits (20) having one-to-one correspondence to the pixel units (10); each of the pixel units (10) comprises multiple pixels (11); each pixel (11) comprises a first light-emitting element (111); each light-emitting subunit (20) comprises a second light-emitting element (21). The second light-emitting element (21) is used for emitting near-infrared light; the signal detection module (30) is used for processing, when near-infrared light reflected by an object to be checked is received, the received near-infrared light to form a detection current; the texture recognition module (40) is used for processing the detection current to obtain biological texture information of the object to be checked.
