Abstract
(EN) Embodiments of the present application provide a 3D printing laser processing apparatus based on digital light processing. The apparatus comprises: a first light source integration portion, for providing a first light source; a micromirror unit, comprising a plurality of micro-lenses and used for reflecting light of the first light source under the state that reflection angles of the micro-lenses are controllable; a second light source integration portion, for providing a second light source; and a light source integration portion, for integrating the light, reflected by the micromirror unit, of the first light source and the second light source, the integrated light being used for 3D printing. The laser processing apparatus according to the embodiments of the present application can process printing of different materials, comprising metal and nonmetal. The laser processing apparatus can greatly increase the printing speed for metal or nonmetal materials, can also greatly improve the precision, and has great market development prospects as a novel laser processing device.
(FR) Des modes de réalisation de la présente demande concernent un appareil de traitement laser d'impression 3D fondé sur un traitement de lumière numérique. L'appareil comporte : une première partie d'intégration de source de lumière qui permet de fournir une première source de lumière ; une unité de micro-miroirs comportant une pluralité de microlentilles et utilisée pour réfléchir la lumière de la première source de lumière dans un état qui rend possible la commande des angles de réflexion des microlentilles ; une seconde partie d'intégration de source de lumière qui permet de fournir une seconde source de lumière ; une partie d'intégration de source de lumière qui permet d'intégrer la lumière, réfléchie par l'unité de micro-miroirs, de la première source de lumière et de la seconde source de lumière, la lumière intégrée étant utilisée pour une impression 3D. L'appareil de traitement laser selon les modes de réalisation de la présente demande peut traiter l'impression de différents matériaux, comprenant des matériaux métalliques et non métalliques. L'appareil de traitement laser peut augmenter considérablement la vitesse d'impression pour des matériaux métalliques ou non métalliques, peut également améliorer considérablement la précision, et présente de vastes perspectives de développement de marché en tant que nouveau dispositif de traitement laser.
