Abstract
(EN) A coaxial rotor mechanism of a washing device. An inner sealing sleeve (4) is sleeved on a drive shaft (23); a first waterproof sealing ring (51) and a first bearing mechanism (52) are provided between the drive shaft (23) and the inner sealing sleeve (4); the inner sealing sleeve (4) is tightly connected to an outer cylinder (21); a bushing (6) is sleeved on the inner sealing sleeve (4); a second waterproof sealing ring (71) and a second bearing mechanism (72) are provided between the inner sealing sleeve (4) and the bushing (6); a synchronous belt pulley (81) is provided on the inner sealing sleeve (4) at a position at the outer end of the bushing (6); and the synchronous belt pulley (81) is drivingly connected to an outer cylinder synchronous driving mechanism (32) by means of a synchronous belt (82). The coaxial rotor mechanism of the washing device effectively solves the problem of difficulty in installation, debugging, and maintenance of the built-in link structures of boxes in the prior art; and in addition, the use of the synchronous belt pulley and synchronous belt can effectively increase the running speed of the washing device, thus achieving the result of improving production efficiency.
(FR) Mécanisme de rotor coaxial d'un dispositif de lavage. Un manchon d'étanchéité interne (4) est emmanché sur un arbre de transmission (23) ; une première bague d'étanchéité étanche à l'eau (51) et un premier mécanisme de palier (52) sont disposés entre l'arbre de transmission (23) et le manchon d'étanchéité interne (4) ; le manchon d'étanchéité interne (4) est relié de manière étanche à un cylindre externe (21) ; une bague (6) est emmanchée sur le manchon d'étanchéité interne (4) ; une seconde bague d'étanchéité étanche à l'eau (71) et un second mécanisme de palier (72) sont disposés entre le manchon d'étanchéité interne (4) et la bague (6) ; une poulie à courroie synchrone (81) est disposée sur le manchon d'étanchéité interne (4) à une position au niveau de l'extrémité externe de la bague (6) ; et la poulie à courroie synchrone (81) est reliée par entraînement à un mécanisme d'entraînement synchrone de cylindre externe (32) au moyen d'une courroie synchrone (82). Le mécanisme de rotor coaxial du dispositif de lavage résout efficacement le problème de difficulté d'installation, de débogage et de maintenance des structures de liaison intégrées de boîtes dans l'état de la technique ; et en outre, l'utilisation de la poulie à courroie synchrone et de la courroie synchrone peut efficacement accroître la vitesse de fonctionnement du dispositif de lavage, ce qui permet d'obtenir le résultat d'amélioration de l'efficacité de production.
(ZH) 一种水洗设备的同轴转子机构,其驱动轴(23)上套接有内密封套筒(4),驱动轴(23)与内密封套筒(4)之间设有第一防水密封圈(51)和第一轴承机构(52);内密封套筒(4)与外筒(21)紧固连接;内密封套筒(4)上套接有轴套(6),内密封套筒(4)与轴套(6)之间设有第二防水密封圈(71)和第二轴承机构(72),内密封套筒(4)上位于轴套(6)外侧端位置上设有同步带轮(81),同步带轮(81)通过同步带(82)与外筒同步驱动机构(32)传动连接。该水洗设备的同轴转子机构有效地解决了现有箱体内置链接结构所存在的安装、调试和维修难度大的问题;同时使用同步带轮和同步带,能够有效提高水洗设备的运行速度,达到提高生产效率的结果。
