Abstract
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention are a prefabricated construction device and a use method therefor. The device is prepared by using the following process: preparation→leveling and cleaning a platform→painting, installing and fixing an outer leaf plate mold and a window attachment mold→installing an energy-saving window plastic attachment frame→laying a cold-drawn steel wire mesh, and erecting a plastic cushion block→pouring outer leaf concrete, and vibrating→installing a thermal insulation plate, and providing a cushion cover above a tie piece→installing and fixing an inner leaf plate mold→laying a reinforcing mesh and erecting a cement cushion block→adjusting the position of an embedded part→installing a flying ring→pouring inner leaf concrete→vibrating→screeding→adding a protection film→concrete curing. Moreover, the device is installed and used in the order of preparation before installation→hoisting→installation. The present invention can reduce wet work and construction waste, lower construction cost, increase construction efficiency and improve construction environment. In the preparation of prefabricated wallboards, wall insulation and external window energy-saving technologies can be adopted, so that a building envelope can reach a higher energy-saving level.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de construction de préfabriqué et un procédé d'utilisation de celui-ci. Le dispositif est préparé en utilisant le procédé suivant: préparation → mise à niveau et nettoyage d'une plate-forme → peinture, installation et fixation d'un moule de plaque de feuille externe et d'un moule de fixation de fenêtre → installation d'un cadre de fixation en plastique de fenêtre à économie d'énergie → pose d'un treillis de fil d'acier étiré à froid, et édification d'un bloc de coussin en plastique → coulage de béton de feuille externe, et vibration → installation d'une plaque d'isolation thermique, et fourniture d'un revêtement de coussin au-dessus d'un élément de liaison → installation et fixation d'un moule de plaque de feuille interne → pose d'un maillage de renforcement et édification d'un bloc de coussin de ciment → ajustement de la position d'une partie encastrée → installation d'un anneau volant → coulage de béton de feuille interne → vibration →rectification→ ajout d'un film de protection → durcissement du béton. De plus, le dispositif est installé et utilisé dans l'ordre suivant : préparation avant installation → levage → installation. La présente invention permet de réduire le travail humide et les déchets de construction, de réduire le coût de construction, d'augmenter l'efficacité de construction et d'améliorer l'environnement de construction. Dans la préparation de panneaux muraux préfabriqués, des technologies d'isolation de paroi et d'économie d'énergie de fenêtre externe peuvent être adoptées, de telle sorte qu'une enveloppe de bâtiment peut atteindre un niveau d'économie d'énergie plus élevé.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种装配式建造设备及使用方法,所述设备采用如下工艺制成:制作准备→抄平与清理平台→涂刷、安装及固定外叶板模具、窗口附套模具→安装节能窗塑料附框→铺设冷拔钢丝网、架设塑料垫块→浇筑外叶混凝土及振捣→安装保温板及拉接件上方加套垫→安装及固定内叶板模具→铺设钢筋网片及架设水泥垫块→调整预埋件位置→安装吊环→浇筑内叶混凝土→振捣→抹平→加保护薄膜→混凝土养护。且所述设备通过安装前的准备→吊装→安装的顺序进行安装使用。本发明可以减少湿作业和建筑垃圾,降低建筑成本、提高建设效率、改善施工环境。在装配式墙板制作过程中,可以配套墙体保温、外窗节能等项技术,使建筑围护结构达到较高的节能水平。
