Abstract
(EN) A quantum dot color film substrate (10), which comprises a base substrate (11), a color filter layer (12), a quantum dot film layer (16), and a transparent conductive layer (14) disposed between the color filter layer (12) and the quantum dot film layer (16), the transparent conductive layer (14) being externally connected to a power supply module (20), and forming a closed loop with the power supply module (20). When a voltage is applied to the transparent conductive layer (14), the transparent conductive layer (14) will generate heat and can quickly remove a solvent in the quantum dot film layer (16).
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat de film coloré à points quantiques (10), qui comprend un substrat de base (11), une couche de filtre coloré (12), une couche de film à points quantiques (16), et une couche conductrice transparente (14) disposée entre la couche de filtre coloré (12) et la couche de film à points quantiques (16), la couche conductrice transparente (14) étant connectée extérieurement à un module d'alimentation électrique (20), et formant une boucle fermée avec le module d'alimentation électrique (20).
