Abstract
(EN) A method for preparing a building material by using compound microorganism mineralization, comprising: cultivating a microorganism strain having an acid production function and a microorganism strain having a mineralization deposition function to obtain a microorganism additive; mixing the microorganism additive, mineral powder and water, and stirring uniformly to obtain a compound microorganism slurry; curing and forming the compound microorganism slurry, so as to obtain a compound microorganism building material product. The method makes full use of calcium and magnesium minerals in materials such as industrial solid waste, waste concrete and cement to form more stable carbonate mineralization, and improves the mineralization strength of a phase, thereby improving the strength and volume stability of a building material product carrying compound microorganisms.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau de construction à l'aide d'une minéralisation de micro-organismes composites, comprenant : la culture d'une souche de micro-organisme présentant une fonction de production d'acide et d'une souche de micro-organismes présentant une fonction de dépôt de minéralisation pour obtenir un additif de micro-organismes ; le mélange de l'additif de micro-organismes, de poudre minérale et d'eau et l'agitation uniforme pour obtenir une suspension de micro-organismes composites ; le durcissement et le formage de la suspension de micro-organismes composites de façon à obtenir un produit de matériau de construction de micro-organismes composites. Le procédé utilise pleinement des minéraux à base de calcium et de magnésium dans des matériaux tels que des déchets solides industriels, le béton résiduel et le ciment résiduel pour former une minéralisation de carbonate plus stable et améliore la résistance de minéralisation d'une phase, ce qui permet d'améliorer la résistance et la stabilité de volume d'un produit de matériau de construction portant des micro-organismes composites.
(ZH) 一种利用复合微生物矿化制备建材的方法,包括将具有产酸功能的微生物菌种和矿化沉积功能的微生物菌种进行培养,得到微生物添加剂;将微生物添加剂、矿物粉体和水进行混合,搅拌均匀,得到复合微生物浆料;将复合微生物浆料进行固化成型,得到复合微生物建筑材料制品。该方法充分利用工业固废、废弃混凝土及水泥等物料中的钙镁矿物,形成更多稳定性碳酸盐矿化,并提升物相矿化强度,提高了携复合微生物的建筑材料制品强度和体积稳定性。
