Abstract
(EN) Disclosed are a gimbal device and a photographing device. The gimbal device comprises a gimbal support (10) for loading a load, and a position detection assembly. The gimbal support comprises a shaft arm assembly. The shaft arm assembly comprises a shaft arm (11) and a power assembly (12) connected to the shaft arm, the power assembly being used for driving the shaft arm to rotate. The position detection assembly is arranged between the power assembly and the shaft arm of the shaft arm assembly. The position detection assembly comprises a detection component (21) and a detected component (22), wherein the detection component is fixedly connected to one of the power assembly and the shaft arm, and the detected component is fixedly connected to the other one of the power assembly and the shaft arm. The detection component is used for detecting the position of the detected component, so as to determine the position of the shaft arm relative to the power assembly, such that the current position of a gimbal is determined.
