Abstract
(EN) A novel environmentally-friendly substrate, manufactured with the following compositions in terms of weight percentage: a PET spun fiber 55%-85%; a filler fiber 15%-44%; a flame retardant 0.1%-2%; a coupling agent 0.001%-2%; and a filler 0-30%. The substrate has the advantages of excellent weather resistance and not being prone to distension and warping. Also disclosed is a manufacturing method for the novel environmentally-friendly substrate, comprising the following steps: mixing evenly the filler fiber, the flame retardant, and the coupling agent to produce a primary mixture; mixing evenly the filler and the PET spun fiber to produce a secondary mixture; blending the primary mixture and the secondary mixture, laying and calendering into form, cutting into sheets; laminating the sheets and then hot-pressing into form, and trimming and sanding when cooled to produce the environmentally-friendly substrate. By calendering the mixtures into the sheets, laminating the sheets, and then hot-pressing into form, the strength of the substrate formed is increased. The novel environmentally-friendly substrate can form a composite board with a fireproof board or a PET transparent material and produce a novel decorative board having great stability and not prone to distension and warping.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau substrat écologique, fabriqué avec les compositions suivantes en termes de pourcentage en poids : une fibre filée en PET de 55 % à 85 % ; une fibre de charge de 15 % à 44 % ; un ignifuge de 0,1 % à 2 % ; un agent de couplage de 0,001 % à 2 % ; et une charge de 0 à 30 %. Le substrat a pour avantages d'avoir une excellente résistance aux intempéries et de ne pas être sujet à la distension et au gauchissement. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication du nouveau substrat écologique, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : mélanger uniformément la fibre de charge, l'ignifuge et l'agent de couplage pour produire un mélange primaire ; mélanger uniformément la charge et la fibre filée en PET pour produire un mélange secondaire ; mélanger le mélange primaire et le mélange secondaire, les poser et les calandrer pour obtenir une forme ; découper en feuilles ; stratifier les feuilles puis les presser à chaud pour obtenir une forme, et les ébavurer et les poncer lorsqu'elles sont refroidies pour produire le substrat écologique. Grâce au calandrage des mélanges pour obtenir les feuilles, à la stratification des feuilles puis à leur pressage à chaud pour obtenir une forme, la résistance du substrat formé est augmentée. Le nouveau substrat écologique peut former un panneau composite avec un panneau ignifuge ou un matériau transparent en PET et produire un nouveau panneau décoratif ayant une grande stabilité et n'ayant pas tendance à la distension et au gauchissement.
(ZH) 一种新型环保基材,由以下重量百分比的组分制备而成:PET纺纤维55%-85%;填充纤维15%-44%;阻燃剂0.1%-2%;偶联剂0.001%-2%;填充料0-30%。其具有耐候性好、不易发生变形翘曲的优势。还公开了一种新型环保基材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将填充纤维、阻燃剂及偶联剂搅拌均匀,得一级混合物;将填充料与PET纺纤维搅拌均匀,得二级混合物;将一级混合物与二级混合物共混,铺装并压延成型,分切成片材;将片材层叠后进行热压成型,冷却后修边、砂光,得到环保基材。通过将混合物压延成片材,将多层片材层叠后热压成型,可提高成型后的基材的强度。该新型环保基材可与防火板或PET透明料形成复合板,得到稳定性好、不易变形翘曲的新型的装饰板。
