Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a composite board substrate, a composite board substrate preparation method and a decorative board, and is intended to provide a novel substrate with a good flexibility and a high strength. The composite board substrate is prepared from polypropylene fibers, filling fibers, a flame retardant, a coupling agent and an inorganic filler by means of hot pressing, wherein the filling fibers are one or more of PET fibers, PE fibers, glass fibers, carbon fibers and wood fibers. The preparation method involves: firstly mixing the inorganic filler, the filling fibers and the coupling agent; then blending the mixed filler with the polypropylene fibers; next, paving the blended material into a strip shape, then pressing and molding same, and slicing same to obtain material sheets; subsequently laminating multiple layers of the material sheets, then hot-pressing same for 5-30 min at a temperature of 165-250°C and a pressure of 5-20 MPa, and cooling same to obtain a semi-finished substrate; and finally trimming and sanding the semi-finished substrate into a finished substrate. The substrate has the advantages of being stable in size and high in tenoning strength, and can be compounded with a melamine impregnated paper layer, an HPL layer or a PP decorative surface layer to manufacture different decorative boards.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un substrat de panneau composite, un procédé de préparation de substrat de panneau composite et un panneau décoratif, et est destiné à fournir un nouveau substrat ayant une bonne flexibilité et une résistance élevée. Le substrat de panneau composite est préparé à partir de fibres de polypropylène, de fibres de remplissage, d'un agent ignifuge, d'un agent de couplage et d'une charge inorganique par pressage à chaud, les fibres de remplissage étant une ou plusieurs de fibres de PET, fibres de PE, fibres de verre, fibres de carbone et fibres de bois. Le procédé de préparation comprend : le mélange d'abord de la charge inorganique, des fibres de remplissage et de l'agent de couplage ; puis le mélange de la charge mélangée avec les fibres de polypropylène ; ensuite, le pavage du matériau mélangé en une forme de bande, puis le pressage et le moulage de celui-ci, et le tranchage de celui-ci pour obtenir des feuilles de matériau ; ensuite la stratification de multiples couches des feuilles de matériau, puis le pressage à chaud de celui-ci pendant 5 à 30 min à une température de 165-250 °C et à une pression de 5-20 MPa, et le refroidissement de celui-ci pour obtenir un substrat semi-fini ; et enfin l'ébavurage et le ponçage du substrat semi-fini en un substrat fini. Le substrat présente les avantages de présenter une taille stable et une résistance de tenonnage élevée, et peut être mélangé avec une couche de papier imprégnée de mélamine, une couche d'HPL ou une couche de surface décorative de PP pour fabriquer différents panneaux décoratifs.
(ZH) 涉及一种复合板基材、复合板基材制备方法和装饰板,旨在提供一种柔韧性好、强度高的新型基材。复合板基材由聚丙烯纤维、填充纤维、阻燃剂、偶联剂、无机填充料经热压制成,填充纤维为PET纤维、PE纤维、玻璃纤维、碳纤维和木纤维中一种或多种;制备方法是:先将无机填充料、填充纤维、偶联剂混合;然后将混合填料与聚丙烯纤维共混;再将共混料铺装成带状后压制成型,分切得到料片;随后将多层料片层叠后,于温度165-250℃、压力5-20MPa条件下热压5-30min,冷却,得基材半成品;最后将基材半成品修边,砂光成基材成品。基材具有尺寸稳定、开榫强度高的优点,可与三聚氰胺浸胶纸层、HPL层或PP装饰面层复合制成不同的装饰板。
