Abstract
(EN) It is provided the synthesis of an aptamer-like encoded oligomer (ALEnOmer), method of producing same and method of preparing a library of ALEnOmes. More particularly, the method of preparing ALEnOmer comprises coupling at least one phosphoramidite monomer with an orthogonal protecting group, and the ALEnOmer produces comprises a DNA coding strand covalently attached to an oligomer through a branching unit, wherein the oligomer has a degree of polymerization at least 5 and is an aptamer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne la synthèse d’un oligomère codé de type aptamère (ALEnOmer), un procédé pour le produire et un procédé de préparation d’une bibliothèque d’ALEnOmes. Plus particulièrement, le procédé de préparation d’ALEnOmer comprend le couplage d’au moins un monomère de phosphoramidite avec un groupe de protection orthogonal, et l’ALEnOmer produit comprend un brin de codage d’ADN lié de manière covalente à un oligomère à travers une unité de ramification, l’oligomère ayant un degré de polymérisation d’au moins 5 et étant un aptamère.
