Abstract
(EN) Provided is a cable trench inspection robot, comprising a base unfolding system and a camera lifting/lowering system arranged on the base unfolding system; the base unfolding system comprises a bottom plate (11), a linear motion unit, a cantilever plate (14), a travel assembly (15), and a jacking assembly (16); the camera lifting/lowering system comprises a running block (21), a four-bar-like assembly (22), a supporting rod (23), and a camera assembly (24). Cross-wall operations are enabled by means of a cable trench, thereby avoiding the various use problems caused by the presence of a firewall, and thus it is possible to efficiently complete a pre-determined inspection task.
(FR) L'invention concerne un robot d'inspection de tranchée de câble, comprenant un système de dépliage de base et un système de levage/abaissement de caméra agencé sur le système de dépliage de base; le système de dépliage de base comprend une plaque inférieure (11), une unité de mouvement linéaire, une plaque en porte-à-faux (14), un ensemble de déplacement (15), et un ensemble de levage (16); le système de levage/abaissement de caméra comprend un bloc de roulement (21), un ensemble de type à quatre barres (22), une tige de support (23), et un ensemble formant caméra (24). Des opérations à travers une paroi sont permises au moyen d'une tranchée de câble, ce qui permet d'éviter les divers problèmes d'utilisation provoqués par la présence d'un pare-feu, et ainsi il est possible d'achever efficacement une tâche d'inspection prédéterminée.
(ZH) 一种电缆沟巡检机器人,包括底座展开系统以及布置于底座展开系统上的摄像机升降系统;底座展开系统包括底板(11)、直线动作单元、悬臂板(14)、行走组件(15)及顶升组件(16);摄像机升降系统包括行程块(21)、仿四连杆组件(22)、支撑杆(23)及摄像组件(24)。通过电缆沟来实现穿墙操作,从而避免因防火墙的存在而导致的诸多使用问题,进而可高效率的完成预定的巡检任务。
