Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a device, system and method thereof used in/for a vehicle for monitoring and enforcement of rules of various regulating authorities associated with the vehicle. The device and system monitor the vehicle movement and enforce the rules in particular geographical area/zone according to geographical location of vehicles. The device and system also record the audio and video. The device issue alert signal of rules associated in particular geographical regions, issue tickets for challan, penalty associated with traffic rules and service charges levied by the authorities like Toll Plaza, Airport. The whole system works basically by sensing the global position of vehicle and associated rules of payments like over speeding, toll plaza, airport charges automatically from the linked bank. The device and system work in coordination with different server of different authorities.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif, un système et un procédé utilisés dans un véhicule ou pour celui-ci, afin de contrôler et de faire respecter les règles de diverses autorités de réglementation associées au véhicule. Le dispositif et le système contrôlent le mouvement des véhicules et appliquent les règles dans une zone géographique particulière en fonction de l'emplacement géographique des véhicules. L'appareil et le système enregistrent également l'audio et la vidéo. L'appareil émet un signal d'alerte concernant les règles associées à des régions géographiques particulières, émet des contraventions relatives aux infractions, des amendes associées aux règles de circulation et des frais de service prélevés par les autorités telles que les péages et les aéroports. L'ensemble du système fonctionne essentiellement en détectant la position globale du véhicule et les règles de paiement associées, comme les excès de vitesse, les péages, les frais d'aéroport, automatiquement à partir de la banque liée. Le dispositif et le système fonctionnent en coordination avec différents serveurs de différentes autorités.
