Abstract
(EN) Disclosed herein is method for measuring a level of total cytokines in a blood serum sample. The method includes recording an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) associated with the blood serum sample, calculating a charge transfer resistance (RCT) of the recorded EIS by measuring a diameter of a semicircular curved part of the recorded EIS, and determining the level of total cytokines in the blood serum sample based on the calculated RCT by looking up the calculated RCT in a calibration dataset including a set of total cytokine mass values respective to a set of RCT values.
(FR) L'invention concerne une méthode de mesure d'un niveau de cytokines totales dans un échantillon de sérum sanguin. La méthode consiste à enregistrer une spectroscopie d'impédance électrochimique (EIS) associée à l'échantillon de sérum sanguin, à calculer une résistance de transfert de charge (RCT) de l'EIS enregistrée en mesurant un diamètre d'une partie incurvée semi-circulaire de l'EIS enregistrée, et à déterminer le niveau de cytokines totales dans l'échantillon de sérum sanguin sur la base de la RCT calculée en recherchant la RCT calculée dans un ensemble de données d'étalonnage incluant un ensemble de valeurs de masse de cytokines totales correspondant à un ensemble de valeurs de RCT.
