Abstract
(EN) Disclosed are an R-T-B-based permanent magnetic material, a raw material composition, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The raw material composition of the R-T-B-based permanent magnetic material contains the following components in percentages by mass: R: 29.5-32%, R being a rare earth element containing at least Nd, and the content of Pr being 0-17%; Zr: 0.15- 0.50%; Al: 0.45-1.0%; Co: 0-0.3%; M: 0-3%, M being one or more of Ga, Cu, Ti, Nb, Hf, Si, Sn, Ge, Ag, Au, Bi and Mn; B: 0.95-1.05%; and Fe: 64-70%. The percentage is the mass percentage of each component in the total mass of the raw material composition of the R-T-B-based permanent magnetic material, and the sum of the content of each component is 100%. The R-T-B-based permanent magnetic material of the present invention has the advantages of having a good squareness, a good high-temperature property and excellent mechanical properties.
(FR) Sont divulgués un matériau magnétique permanent à base de R-T-B, une composition de matière première et un procédé de préparation et une utilisation associés. La composition de matière première du matériau magnétique permanent à base de R-T-B comprend les composants suivants en teneur en poids : R : 29,5 à 32 %, R étant un élément des terres rares contenant au moins Nd, et la teneur en Pr étant de 0 à 17 % ; Zr : 0,15 à 0,50 ; Al : 0,45 à 1,0 %, Co : 0 à 0,3 % ; M : 0 à 3 %, M étant un ou plusieurs éléments parmi Ga, Cu, Ti, Nb, Hf, Si, Sn, Ge, Ag, Au, Bi et Mn ; B : 0,95 à 1,05 % ; et Fe : 64 à 70 % Le pourcentage est le pourcentage en masse de chaque composant dans la masse totale de la composition de matière première du matériau magnétique permanent à base de R-T-B, et la somme de la teneur en chaque composant est de 100 %. Le matériau magnétique permanent à base de R-T-B de la présente invention présente les avantages d'avoir une bonne rectitude, une bonne propriété à haute température et d'excellentes propriétés mécaniques.
