Abstract
(EN) Provided are an sgRNA composition for knocking out a porcine myelin basic protein (MBP) gene and use thereof. The sgRNA composition comprises an sgRNA sequence separately targeted to a porcine MBP gene exon 1 and exon 6. A cell line in which a large fragment of the MBP gene is knocked out can be obtained by using a vector capable of expressing the sgRNA and a Cas9 protein.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition d'ARNsg pour l'inactivation d'un gène de protéine basique de myéline porcine (MBP) et son utilisation. La composition d'ARNsg comprend une séquence d'ARNsg ciblant séparément l'exon 1 et l'exon 6 du gène MBP du porc. Une lignée cellulaire dans laquelle un grand fragment du gène MBP est inactivé peut être obtenue à l'aide d'un vecteur capable d'exprimer l'ARNsg et une protéine Cas9.
(ZH) 提供了用于敲除猪髓鞘碱性蛋白基的sgRNA组合物及用途,该sgRNA组合物包括分别靶向猪髓鞘碱性蛋白基因外显子1和外显子6的sgRNA序列。通过使用能够表达该sgRNA及Cas9蛋白的载体,能获得髓鞘碱性蛋白基因大片段被敲除的细胞系。
