Abstract
(EN) The invention provides a layered dressing comprising: permeable wound contact layer for placing in contact with a wound; a breathable barrier layer; a biosensor sensing array configured to detect one or more markers in wound fluid; and a fluid collection layer disposed between the wound contact layer and a breathable barrier layer and configured to deliver wound fluid by capillary action from a wound in contact with the wound contact layer to the biosensor array. In a preferred embodiment, the layered dressing comprises aptamer-based electrodes for detecting TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, TGF-β and an epitope of S. aureus.
(FR) L'invention concerne un pansement stratifié comprenant : une couche perméable de contact avec la plaie destinée à être placée en contact avec une plaie; une couche barrière respirante; un réseau de détection à biocapteurs configuré pour détecter un ou plusieurs marqueurs dans le fluide de la plaie; et une couche de collecte de fluide, disposée entre la couche de contact avec la plaie et une couche barrière respirante, et configurée pour délivrer le fluide de la plaie par action capillaire depuis une plaie en contact avec la couche de contact avec la plaie vers le réseau de biocapteurs. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le pansement stratifié comprend des électrodes à base d'aptamères pour détecter le TNF-α, l'IL-6, l'IL-8, le TGF- β et un épitope de S. aureus.
