Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a wear resistant steel sheet which has both excellent wear resistance and excellent bending workability over a wide width. A wear resistant steel sheet which has a predetermined component composition, wherein: the volume fraction of martensite from the surface to the depth of 1 mm is 90% or more; the Brinell hardness from the surface to the depth of 1 mm is from 420 to 560 HBW 10/3000; and the hardness difference in the width direction from the surface to the depth of 1 mm, said hardness difference being defined as the Vickers hardness difference between two points that are adjacent to each other at a distance of 10 mm in the sheet width direction, is 30 Hv10 or less.
(FR) L'invention fournit une tôle d’acier résistante à l'usure qui combine une excellente résistance à l'usure et une aptitude à l'usinage par large pliage. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une tôle d’acier résistante à l'usure qui possède une composition prédéfinie, et qui est telle que le rapport volumique d'une martensite à une profondeur de 1mm à partir de la surface est supérieur ou égal à 90%, la dureté à une profondeur de 1mm à partir de la surface est comprise entre 420 et 560HBW 10/3000 en termes de dureté Brinell, et la différence de dureté dans la direction largeur définie en tant que différence de dureté à une profondeur de 1mm à partir de la surface entre deux points adjacents à 10mm d'espacement dans une direction largeur de tôle, est inférieure ou égale à 30Hv10 en termes de dureté Vickers.
