Abstract
(EN) The technique disclosed therein provides a carbon detergent capable of easily removing, in a short time, carbonaceous residues produced in internal combustion engines. This carbon detergent is for use in cleaning away carbonaceous residues produced in internal combustion engines. The carbon detergent at least contains both an aqueous alkali solution having a pH of 13 or higher and a diethylene glycol monoalkyl ether (DGME) in which the alkyl group has three or more carbon atoms. The carbon detergent contains a surfactant so that, in cases when the carbon detergent is allowed to stand still at ordinary temperature, the aqueous alkali solution and the DGME are kept in a dispersed state for at least one day. The carbon detergent can easily remove carbonaceous residues in a short time, because unburnt oil matter adherent to the carbon matter contained in the carbonaceous residues can be dissolved in the DGME and the aqueous alkali solution can then be efficiently brought into contact with the carbon matter.
(FR) L'invention fournit un agent nettoyant pour carbone qui permet d'éliminer en peu de temps et facilement des émissions à teneur en carbone produites par les moteurs à combustion interne. L'agent nettoyant pour carbone de l'invention est mis en œuvre dans le cadre du nettoyage des émissions à teneur en carbone produites par les moteurs à combustion interne. Cet agent nettoyant pour carbone comprend au moins une solution aqueuse alcaline de pH supérieur ou égal à 13, et un éther de diéthylène glycol monoalkylique (DGME) d'au moins 3 atomes de carbone dans un groupe alkyle. En outre, cet agent nettoyant pour carbone est additionné d'un tensio-actif de sorte que, dans le cas d'un repos à température ordinaire, un état de dispersion de la solution aqueuse alcaline et du DGME, est maintenu au moins une journée. Enfin, cet agent nettoyant pour carbone permet, après dissolution par le DGME d'une portion huileuse n'ayant pas subi de combustion en adhésion sur un composant carbone contenu dans les émissions à teneur en carbone, de mettre en contact la solution aqueuse alcaline avec le composant carbone selon une efficacité satisfaisante, et par conséquent permet d'éliminer en peu de temps et facilement des émissions à teneur en carbone.
(JA) ここに開示される技術により、内燃機関にて生じた炭素含有排出物を短時間かつ容易に除去できるカーボン洗浄剤が提供される。ここに開示されるカーボン洗浄剤は、内燃機関にて生じた炭素含有排出物の洗浄に用いられる。かかるカーボン洗浄剤は、pHが13以上のアルカリ水溶液と、アルキル基の炭素数が3個以上のジエチレングリコールモノアルキルエーテル(DGME)とを少なくとも含有する。そして、ここに開示されるカーボン洗浄剤は、常温で静置した場合に、少なくとも1日、アルカリ水溶液とDGMEとが分散状態を維持するように界面活性剤が添加されている。かかるカーボン洗浄剤は、炭素含有排出物中のカーボン成分に付着した未燃焼油分をDGMEで溶解した上で、カーボン成分に効率良くアルカリ水溶液を接触させることができるため、炭素含有排出物を短時間かつ容易に除去できる。
