Abstract
(EN) A communication device and a method of transmission of the same are provided. The method includes receiving a first transmission and a second transmission from a first communication device and transmitting a first feedback of the first transmission and a second feedback of the second transmission to the first communication device, wherein the first feedback and the second feedback are transmitted in a third transmission. This can solve issues in the prior art that feedback information cannot be transmitted due to channel being busy when performing sidelink in unlicensed spectrum, provide a method of acknowledgement feedback in sidelink for unlicensed system, and provide a method of allowing a second device to retransmit a first feedback in a next time when the second device transmits another feedback to the same first device.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de communication et un procédé de transmission. Le procédé consiste à recevoir une première transmission et une deuxième transmission d'un premier dispositif de communication, ainsi qu’à transmettre une première rétroaction de la première transmission et une seconde rétroaction de la deuxième transmission au premier dispositif de communication, la première rétroaction et la seconde rétroaction étant transmises dans une troisième transmission. L’invention permet de résoudre les problèmes dans l'état de la technique selon lesquels des informations de rétroaction ne peuvent pas être transmises en raison d'une occupation de canal lors de l’exécution d'une liaison latérale dans un spectre sans licence, de fournir un procédé de rétroaction d'accusé de réception dans une liaison latérale pour un système sans licence, et de fournir un procédé permettant à un second dispositif de retransmettre une première rétroaction la fois suivante lorsque le second dispositif transmet une autre rétroaction au même premier dispositif.
