Abstract
(EN) This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for communicating a satellite behavior change. In one aspect, a satellite identifies a satellite behavior change to occur for the satellite of a non-terrestrial network for cellular communications. The apparatus also signals the satellite behavior change to a user equipment serviced by the satellite. In another aspect, a user equipment obtains, from a satellite servicing the user equipment, a signaling of a satellite behavior change to occur for the satellite. The user equipment also adjusts one or more user equipment parameters for cellular communication based on the obtained signaling. The satellite behavior change may include a satellite attitude or a transmit power or coverage area of one or more satellite beams. The user equipment parameters may include satellite or beam selection or reselection to listen to paging information, satellite or beam handover parameters, or transmit power control parameters.
(FR) Cette divulgation concerne des systèmes, des procédés et un appareil destinés à communiquer un changement de comportement de satellite. Selon un aspect, un satellite identifie un changement de comportement de satellite devant se produire pour le satellite d'un réseau non terrestre pour des communications cellulaires. L'appareil signale également le changement de comportement de satellite à un équipement utilisateur desservi par le satellite. Selon un autre aspect, un équipement utilisateur obtient, à partir d'un satellite desservant l'équipement utilisateur, une signalisation d'un changement de comportement de satellite devant se produire pour le satellite. L'équipement utilisateur ajuste également un ou plusieurs paramètres d'équipement utilisateur pour une communication cellulaire sur la base de la signalisation obtenue. Le changement de comportement de satellite peut comprendre une orientation de satellite ou une puissance d'émission ou une zone de couverture d'un ou plusieurs faisceaux de satellite.
