Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method for determining the performance of a welding method carried out on a metal workpiece (1), in particular an electric arc welding or laser welding method, with the following steps: introducing one or more extracts of the initial image (2) each comprising at least one presumed projection (21), as input to at least one neural network, in particular a convolutional neural network, so as to classify the presumed projections as confirmed or unconfirmed projections, carrying out a second digital processing operation on the initial image (2) comprising the projections classified in step c) so as to determine at least one parameter representative of the quantity of confirmed projections chosen from the surface of one or more projections.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination de la performance d'un procédé de soudage réalisé sur une pièce métallique (1), notamment un procédé de soudage à l'arc électrique ou de soudage laser, avec les étapes suivantes : introduction d'un ou plusieurs extraits de l'image initiale (2) comprenant chacun au moins une projection présumée (21), en entrée d'au moins un réseau neuronal, en particulier un réseau neuronal à convolution, de façon à classer les projections présumées en projections confirmées ou non-confirmées, réalisation d'un deuxième traitement numérique sur l'image initiale (2) comprenant les projections classées à l'étape c) de manière à déterminer au moins un paramètre représentatif de la quantité de projections confirmées choisi parmi la surface d'une ou plusieurs projections.
