Abstract
(EN) Process for manufacturing inflatable bodies capable of assuming a desired complexly curved shape comprising two, around their circumference hermetically bonded opposing membranes (3, 4) which are internally linked by a plurality of link tapes (1), which tapes are bonded at an exact length and inclination angle at an exactly determined position. By numerical instructions, a continuous tape is fed and bonded alternately on the insides of the membranes by means of a robotized tape positioning head, creating bond lines (2) between the tape and a membrane. Any fold occurring through local inclination, or planar angle variation of the tape relative to a membrane is kept between two bond lines on a membrane (3, 4). A robotized tape positioning and bonding head inside, and a bond activation head outside of a membrane can position relative to a membrane (3, 4) by means of printed positioning marks, optical and proximity sensors to create the bond lines (2).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de corps gonflables pouvant adopter une forme courbée complexe souhaitée comprenant deux membranes (3, 4) opposées hermétiquement collées autour de leur circonférence qui sont reliées à l'intérieur par une pluralité de bandes de liaison (1), lesquelles bandes sont collées à une longueur exacte et à un angle d'inclinaison exact en une position déterminée exactement. Par des instructions numériques, une bande continue est alimentée et collée en alternance sur l'intérieur des membranes au moyen d'une tête robotisée de positionnement de bande, créant des lignes de collage (2) entre la bande et une membrane. Tout pli se produisant par inclinaison locale ou par variation d'angle plan de la bande par rapport à une membrane est maintenu entre deux lignes de collage sur une membrane (3, 4). Une tête robotisée de positionnement et de collage de bande à l'intérieur et une tête d'activation de collage à l'extérieur d'une membrane peuvent se positionner par rapport à une membrane (3, 4) au moyen de repères de positionnement imprimés, de capteurs optiques et de proximité pour créer les lignes de collage (2).
