Abstract
(EN) The present detailed specification accompanied by illustrative figures relates to a novel process for manufacturing concentrated beverages by freeze concentration, intended for producing concentrated beverages such as beer, wine, cider and other beverages containing water and alcohol without loss of the original characteristics present before concentration, including retaining the original alcohol produced during fermentation, and which results in the concentration of a beverage by freeze concentration to approximately 10% of its original form by removing only water in order to perceptibly improve the form of the beverage for storage, transportation and use and to provide a product that is exactly the same as the original upon reconstitution, and that is of low cost in terms of industrial implementation, satisfies economic requirements, and is practical and easy to transport, offering the consumer further freedom and choice in the market sector, and also offering numerous possibilities and benefits to users, making it a product widely accepted by the consumer market.
(FR) Le présent abrégé de la description détaillée, accompagné de figures illustratives, concerne un nouveau procédé pour la fabrication de boissons concentrées par cryoconcentration, visant à obtenir des boissons concentrées telles que de la bière, du vin, des cidres ou d'autres boissons contenant de l’eau et de l’alcool, sans perte des caractéristiques originales avant la concentration, notamment en maintenant l’alcool original produit lors de la fermentation, d’où une concentration de la boisson par cryoconcentration avec environ 10 % de la forme originale, seule l’eau étant retirée, avec pour objectif d’améliorer sensiblement son mode de stockage, de transport et d’utilisation en vue de disposer d’un produit exactement identique à l’original après la déconcentration. Ce procédé présente de faibles coûts d’exécution industrielle et répond aux besoins en matière d’économie, de praticité et de facilité de transport, offrant au consommateur davantage de liberté et plus d’options de sélection sur le marché sectoriel, offrant en outre d’innombrables possibilités et avantages aux utilisateurs, ce qui en fait un produit de large acceptation sur le marché de la consommation.
(PT) Trata o presente relatório da descrição detalhada acompanhado de figuras ilustrativas de um novo processo para fabricação de bebidas concentradas por crioconcentração, o qual visa a obtenção de bebidas concentradas como cerveja, vinho, cidras ou outras bebidas que contenham água e álcool, sem perda das características originais antes de concentrar, inclusive mantendo o álcool original criado na fermentação, resultando na concentração da bebida por crioconcentração com aproximadamente 10% da forma original, retirado-se somente a água, com o objetivo de melhorar sensivelmente sua forma de acomodação, transporte e utilização com vistas a proporcionar um produto exatamente igual ao original após a desconcentração, e apresentando baixos custos para sua exequibilidade industrial, agregando requisitos de economia, praticidade e facilidade em transporte oferecendo ao consumidor liberdade adicional e opção de escolha no mercado setorial, ainda oferecendo inúmeras possibilidades e benefícios a seus usuários, tornando-se um produto de grande aceitação no mercado consumidor.
