Abstract
(EN) The installation comprises a vertical reactor with a single processing chamber (6), wherein there are means for heating said processing chamber, either by electric resistance heaters or gas burners, an airtight processing chamber (6) with a tubular, vertically elongated configuration, having superiorly an area for the loading of material, and an outlet duct (9) for the gases generated during the breakdown of the matrix, with means to selectively redirect the volatile gases toward a heat exchanger-condenser of liquefiable gases or to a decantation circuit subsequent to the filtration thereof; while in correspondence with its lower area it has a number of injectors (7) for the gasification of the material forming the matrix of the material, likewise an outlet gate to send the recovered reinforcement material toward a collection bin (8), aided by a refrigeration means.
(ES) La instalación comprende un reactor vertical con una única cámara de tratamiento (6), en cuyo interior existen medios de calentamiento de la cámara de tratamiento, ya sea mediante resistencias eléctricas o quemadores de gas, cámara de tratamiento (6) estanca, de configuración tubular y alargada verticalmente, contando superiormente con una zona de carga del material y un conducto de salida (9) para los gases generados en la descomposición de la matriz, con medios para redirigir selectivamente los volátiles hacia un intercambiador condensador de gases licuables o a un circuito de decantación previo filtrado, mientras que en correspondencia con su zona inferior incluye unos inyectores (7) de gasificación del material que conforma la matriz del material, así como una compuerta de salida del material de refuerzo recuperado hacia un recipiente de recogida (8), asistido por unos medios de refrigeración.
(FR) L'installation comprend un réacteur vertical avec une chambre de traitement (6) unique, à l'intérieur de laquelle se trouvent des moyens de chauffage de la chambre de traitement, soit au moyen de résistances électriques ou de brûleurs à gaz, la chambre de traitement (6) étant étanche, de configuration tubulaire et allongée verticalement, avec au niveau supérieur une zone de chargement du matériau et un conduit de sortie (9) pour les gaz produits par la décomposition de la matrice, avec des moyens pour rediriger sélectivement les substances volatiles vers un échangeur condensateur de gaz liquéfiables ou vers un circuit de décantation avant la filtration, tandis que en correspondance avec sa zone inférieure, se trouvent des injecteurs (7) de gazéification du matériau qui constitue la matrice du matériau, ainsi qu'une porte de sortie du matériau de renfort récupéré vers un contenant de récupération (8) assisté par des moyens de réfrigération.
